Daimaru Kogyo imports quality beef and variety meat not only from Australia and New Zealand, but also from South American countries such as Mexico, Chile and Costa Rica. Due to the import-resume for US beef in July, 2006, we have searched for suppliers in the light of "safe & secure supplier for beef"; thus contracted in October with "Creekstone Farms Premium Beef, LLC"who prides in good quality, birth recorded safe cattle. "Creekstone Farms" is the one and only company in U.S.A. that owns testing facilities for all cattle for BSE; widely known in this business world.
We promise "safe & secure" by dealing only with cattle that are certified under 20 months old. In this way, we strive to perform important rolls at our consumers' tables by providing tastier & safer, healthy beef from countries all over the world that have restarted above tradings & sellings.
Beef: Sirloin, tenderloin, rib, chuck eye roll, plate, etc.
Variety meat: tongue, MC.tripe, outside skirt, hanging tender, liver, tendon, etc

Freeze-dried Matsutake Mushrooms
Freeze-dried Matsutake Mushrooms
Picked fresh mushrooms are vacuum-freeze dried in the farm in China. When thawed, freeze-dried Matsutake regains its texture and taste almost as same as fresh. The mushroom is very popular among Japanese and is used for authentic Japanese dishes such as clear soup, seasoned steamed rice and tempura. Vacuum-freeze-dry technology allows consumers to enjoy Matsutake dishes all-year round. We sell Matsutake mainly to food-processing companies, retort packaged food manufacturers and high-quality food material wholesalers, which resell their products to retailers such as department stores and supermarkets.
