Major Line of Products

Beef and Beef By-products

Daimaru Kogyo imports and sells safe and tasty beef and beef variety meats from the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Chile, Australia, and New Zealand, and also handles the exports of Japanese beef in response to demand from abroad.

Pork and Pork By-Products

Daimaru Kogyo imports and sells processed raw meats and by-products from the U.S., Canada, and Europe. We also import pork from Italian hogs fed with whey that is produced in the cheese-making process, and frozen and chilled pork from countries other than the aforementioned, according to customer needs.

Chicken and Chicken By-products

Daimaru Kogyo imports mainly chicken thighs but also chicken tenderloins, wing tips, gizzards, and gristle from Brazil and the U.S., and unheated processed products (skewered meats for char-broiled chicken [yakitori]) from the Philippines. We will increase development and imports in line with customer requests.

Agricultural Products

Daimaru Kogyo imports fruit juices (strawberry and raspberry juices), frozen vegetables (potatoes, asparagus, and eggplants), and canned fruits (e.g. oranges), beans, bog moss, rice flour, and natural seasoning ingredients from ASEAN, China, North and South America, and Oceania.

Fishery Products

Daimaru Kogyo imports raw fishery products such as Greenland halibut, red rockfish, horse mackerel, mackerel, salmon, and trout, as well as octopus, squid, and sea eel for sushi topping from North Europe, North and South America, and ASEAN.
