One of Daimaru Kogyo's strengths lies in the contract processing of prototypes, for which we have built a manufacturing network of more than 800 suppliers specializing in prototyping. We support the processing of trial parts by selecting the most suitable prototyping method to respond to our customers' requests promptly and at a reasonable cost.

People’s lives are at stake when it comes to automobiles, and that is why we do not compromise in our pursuit of quality. Procured parts, processed parts for prototypes, and other parts Daimaru Kogyo handles are measured and inspected at our Quality Control Center to ensure they meet our exacting quality standards.
Adaptable support for mass production, material supplies, and repairs.
We procure mass-production parts, material supplies, and service parts from suppliers in Japan and overseas, mainly in China and ASEAN countries. We supply parts to manufacturers of automobiles and automotive parts, which includes imports to Japan, utilizing our domestic and international procurement, trade, and logistics networks, flexibly and sensitively adapting to each moment. We are working to diversify and enhance our supply sources and actively engage in the supply chain.

We utilize local companies to handle overseas procurement, import procedures, logistics arrangements, and settlement of accounts on behalf of our customers. We also provide purchasing support according to the situation in each phase, during development, mass production prototyping, and repairs.
